Miro Digital Arts goes Hi-Def:

Miro Digital Arts recently completed its first HD projects.

For Mill Valley Film group, I produced this new HD graphic open and provided editing services for Global Focus IV, to be aired on PBS.

For Pattillo & Associates, I edited a number of videos for Cisco System's Global Sales Meeting, including this piece, which introduced their EVP & CDO, Charlie Giancarlo.

I recently finished editing an independent feature film, The Commune for my good friend, Liz Fies. She is a brilliant writer, who took second place in the action category for the annual Fade In Magazine screenwriting contest, for her kick-ass screenplay, Pistoleras.

The Commune, was shot using the Panasonic HVX200 HD camcorder, using their P2 technology. Editing was done natively in DVCPROHD within Final Cut, with the final version using ProRes 422 for color correction and graphics.

Pistoleras will probably be shot using the Red One Camera, in summer 2008. I will be doing editing, graphics and final color correction for that project as well.
